About the Artist 
Janice Rago Carse is a mixed media artist with a deep passion for capturing emotion and beauty through visual storytelling. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Valdosta State University in 2009 and has since developed a body of work that blends female figures with floral elements in richly expressive oil paintings.
Her work explores themes of growth, introspection, and inner reflection, often inspired by the natural world. Through vibrant color play, layered textures, and intricate patterns, each piece invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect on a personal level.
